Details on Manaburn......
Uses all the wizzy mana in one 6 second, unresistable, bane like (no need to be in melee range) blast.
It does between 1.5X and 2X the wizzys current mana. Obviously the higher the mana pool the bigger the blast.
The refresh time is 144 minutes and the timer keeps running even if the wizzy is camped. I always start the day with a fresh Manaburn up.
It has very little aggro. Aggro is based on the Max damage of a spell not what it actually does and this one seems to generate no more aggro than if I had cast a 1000 point nuke. This makes it ideal to lead off fights with then regen mana over the next few minutes while the tanks are holding aggro so I can chain cast regular damage late in the fight.
Range to Target: 200 feet
Spell cast on you: You unleash an enormous blast of magical energies.
Spell cast on someone: Soandso is hit by an enormous blast of magical energies.
It is obviously a very situational spell. It can be used in the following situations...
1) Any 32K nasty bugger or Epic bit monster
2) When all the tanks are dead and it might kill it with whatever mana I have left.
3) The beginning of a very long fight.
4) Anyone want to duel?
